Return & Exchange Policy

At Starkax, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a simple and hassle-free 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy.

1. The 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your purchased items. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The apparel must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • Original Tags & Packaging: All original brand tags, labels, and hygiene stickers must be attached and intact. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • No Odors or Stains: Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, sweat, perfume, or any other signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, boxers, and briefs

  • Socks

  • Swimwear

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@starkax.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number, the Name of the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for Return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization alongside instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items due to a change of mind or sizing issues. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Starkax will cover the return shipping costs. Please attach a photo of the defect in your initial email to us.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Store Credit Option: If you prefer, we can issue your refund as Starkax Store Credit, which is often processed faster and can be used immediately on your next purchase.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can specify your exchange request in your return email, and we will do our best to accommodate it based on inventory availability.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
